 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All I can say is wow and look no further for a fun day of fishing or should I say “catching” experience. This is the team you want in the Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum area. The optimal water and weather conditions played a part in the day, but the crew is what made it special for us. Customer Service, Hospitality, and the overall Quality of what this company provides is obviously very important to them. Seriously, not one complaint. Solid communication and very easy to book them. It was very clear to us that we were in great hands as soon as we arrived. Roger, Captain Julian Chale, and their first mates Carol & Cruz absolutely killed it aboard the Pig Floyd! They got all nine of us on the fish immediately and we were catching fish all day long. Their boat was very clean, organized, and spacious. Roger accommodated all special requests and even went above and beyond to make sure our private charter exceeded our expectations. They also prepared and provided us with quite the spread for lunch. It was extremely tasty and exactly what we needed to fuel the remainder of our day. We even had some down time to relax and swim a bit before we were back catching again and creating forever memories. We can’t wait to come back and do it all over again some day soon. From the very beginning the communication was awesome. We arrived at the Marina and were met by Roger and the captain.  The sea was a bit choppy but the crew was unreal. Never stopped working.  Ended up landing 5 Barracuda, a mackerel and a 90 inch trophy sailfish. Thank you for a great time and great experience.

These guys are amazing. From the start amazing communication , made us all feel welcome and comfortable on the boat. We caught FOUR fish and enjoyed every minute of it! We brought our teenagers and our young 7 year old son, he got to be included in everything and they made him feel like he was apart of the crew. Roger is amazing, so helpful and really cares about his clients and making sure it is the best experience for everyone. Can’t say enough! Would 100% book with this crew again and plan to. My husband and I had the most amazing day on the water with Roger and his crew! Right out of the Harbour, lines were in the water and within an hour we saw action. Roger took the time to understand our fishing experience and what we hoped to get out of the day. He skillfully recognized which fish would be better for my husband to reel in vs me (especially given I was pregnant) and we both walked away ecstatic with our catches: King Mackerel, Sailfish, and Dorado. The crew was friendly, professional, attentive and engaging. We would absolutely charter with them again!!

Great fishing day with Roger and his team: super friendly and helpful. Perfect boat and perfect service. Roger and his crew not only met our expectations but blew us away with hospitality and pure joy. His team put us right on the fish. Very professional and knowledgeable of the local fishery. They end the trip with chef quality ceviche from your catch and a beautiful swim in a turquoise lagoon of playa del Carmen. I can’t recommend enough Tulum sport fishing if you are on the Yucatán Peninsula and want to have good fishing, and plenty of laughter and fun.

Roger and his crew were amazing from start to finish. He was very personable and friendly from start to finish, nothing like any of the other charters I've experienced who usually talk very minimum. We brought our 8 year old daughter and she had the time of her life and clung to the friendly crew members right away, they were so great with her to making her comfortable and sharing laughs.

Highly recommend. Roger was super helpful and friendly, his English is perfect and he understands what people are looking for in their Yucatan experience. He made sure we got the fishing trip we wanted and took care of everything for us. The crew were professional and worked hard to make sure we got the most of our fishing the whole time we were out. We had the most amazing experience. The crew was so great and Roger helped to make the the experience so special. We can't wait to come back to visit and take another trip out on the water. It was my birthday and Roger was kind enough to buy me a cake and make it a special day. The ceviche was the most amazing end to a perfect day. This was an amazing experience! The team was great and Roger was so nice and had planed out a perfect trip for us on my boyfriends 30th birthday. All my boyfriend wanted was to catch a trophy fish and HE DID as well as so many more fish. We had the best ceviche I’ve ever had and he had cold beers and some delish bubbly for us!
